KFDancer, how did you keep your AEG working well? It always seems to leave everything covered in grit.  I do a once a month cleaning cycle, I clean the filters and spray arms out every single time before I run it, sometimes run on professional mode when it's full of heavy soiled stuff, and it still leaves everything covered in grit.
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

Hmmm...  I assume you have added salt and rinse detergent to the appropriate "holes".  I would adjust the salt and/or rinse detergent levels until you are happy.  I bet it has to do with that setting.  I think there is a little dial next to the hole where you can adjust things.

Yeah, they're all filled up, so maybe it is a matter of playing around with the settings  :)
Thanks!

When it rains it pours...

To some it up quickly, my car has been busted since last week so was using Rik's second car (his mum's automatic she left to us because she knew I drove auto). Now that car is busted so we are down TWO cars. I feel like the grim reaper of cars at the moment!

We're paying for his mum's to be repaired because we think that'll be the quicker and easier repair if my husband is right with what's wrong with it. Unlikely to have it done by tonight but I'm just thankful he's paying a garage to do it vs just doing it himself after work because we'll just end up with two cars sitting unused on the drive being repaired little by little. I love my husband and he's great at figuring things out and working on his own cars. I admire that about him and it's cute....but it can be a real pain in the bum when it's a big problem to fix and he's breaking even more parts while trying to fix it because he refuses to just take it to a garage and have them fix it in a few days. I know it's a lot of money saved but it's so much extra time and hassle!

It's not always that much saved when you figure out the value of your own time ;) glad it's at a garage, I hope you know more soon!

haha I tell him that all the time. He does enjoy working on the cars but it's less fun when it's cold and dark out and it's not something as simple/straight forward as brake pads/discs, oil change and service, etc....This is a mystery diagnosis which juts keeps getting worse as he goes. he's probably spent FAR more time on it than a mechanic ever would.

To turn my IA into a positive, my husband's car is fixed! It cost £200 and was exactly what my husband thought it'd be, but it's done and it's not another thing he has to make time for (he can just focus on my car now hah)

I feel pants and have a fever.  Just like heyjay the other week, I cannot remember the last time I had a fever.

And I wonder if it's because I had the flu shot on Tuesday.  I ALWAYS get a flu shot but haven't ever had a fever from it.   ::)  Ugh, husband is out of town tonight.  Hope me and the kids survive.

OH NO! Let me know if I can bring you anything (once I get the car picked up lol). Please look after yourself! People are dropping like flies around here with illness.

If you could drop a Nanny by while my husband is out of town - that would be GREAT!  ;D

Ok, the darned sidewalks here are awful. Was hurring along on Monday evening, next thing I know I was falling straight over like a tree. Fortunately I had a heavy coat on and instinctively still tuck and roll. But owwwwwww! My knee managed to get scraped up ~through~ my jeans (the jeans are fine).  >:(
