Ok, the darned sidewalks here are awful. Was hurring along on Monday evening, next thing I know I was falling straight over like a tree. Fortunately I had a heavy coat on and instinctively still tuck and roll. But owwwwwww! My knee managed to get scraped up ~through~ my jeans (the jeans are fine).  >:(
Oh no! You should report that to the council.... I hope you heal quickly. I'd ice that knee a bit pre-emptively too to help with inflammation.

My IA.... I am taking my road test in my own car tomorrow. My instructor said I'm ready and went through most of the stuff I would need on the day. I didn't realise that I needed L plates to do the test though. Ugh. Off to halford's later tonight! My nerves were already on edge and now I'm terrified I'll fail missing some piece of the "qualified vehicle for a test" checklist.

Don't forget to take the "Pass" paperwork from your theory test!

And make sure your insurance paperwork is in the car.

Good Luck!

I'm more concerned that I don't remember actually tripping. I was walking quickly and then I was falling forward. It was very disconcerting. But there were a lot of people around and I had more people helping me up than I could count. It was really very odd. (The falling, not the people. I love Glasgow people!)

Good luck Margo!  I don't know if you also need a second review mirror for the examiner as well still.  Let us know how it goes!

Eeek, good luck!  Be sure to tell the examiner that it's Thanksgiving and you are hoping to have something to be VERY thankful for today.  ;)
