Nothing worse than being in the office when you know there is absolutely no reason to be *in the office*.

I can easily do this job from home. I won't require any tools specific to the office nor interaction with all the people NOT in the office LOL. It's insanity! lol But...you know...big brother is watching and all.

I've been in the office for 2 hours after 10 days off and I already want to murder someone and quit.

Also, one of my chooks died when I was on holiday. :\\\'( :\\\'(  Poor girl.  My neighbour who was looking after them had to deal with  my deceased chicken.  :\\\'( :\\\'(

Thanks both.
The other girls seem sad too and the pecking order has to be rearranged, so there is some jostling too.

I am not sure what she died of (hopefully just natural causes), though one of the girls now has a dookie butt and floppy comb (hopefully just a bit of stress after the loss of her pal). But I'm keeping an eye out to make sure the rest of the girls are okay.  I've upped the cider vinegar in water and added poultry spice to the food.

Out of sheer curiosity as I know nothing about chickens, are those symptoms of something else in particular?

We've just realised we should've probably planned to go see Rik's dad up in Whitby to take advantage of the extra long weekend where we don't have to take time off work.....so now I'm scrambling around trying to get the best priced airbnb last minute for Friday (only staying over a night). So much faff for one night over (and we're going to probably end up sitting in miserable queues to get up there and back). woo.

Mmm, they could be parasites or worms.  There's a surprising number of pictures of chicken poo on the internet if you google "Is this chicken poop colour normal" and "chicken diarrhoea"  hahahah - not for the faint hearted, I guess.

However, the apple cider vinegar and poultry spice seems to be perking my girls up. So that's good.   :)

I just saw a meeting on my calendar for yet another meeting where all the teams share what they are doing.  This is on top of the bi-weekly 4 hour meeting where all the teams share what they are doing and the every other Friday 2 hour meeting where every team shares what they are doing.

Can I let you in on a secret?  I couldn't care less what the other teams are doing.  It doesn't matter to me in the slightest.
We have a meeting every Monday morning telling the rest of our team what everyone is doing. It's usually 30 minutes... Which isn't too bad.

The usual. American girl meets British guy. They fall into like, then into love. Then there was the big decision. The American traveled across the pond to join the Brit. And life was never the same again.

Got another bad haircut...
How do stylists cut hair so badly? I go from stupidly long hair to shitty layered hair. Does this look like those pictures at all?
I'm hoping it'll be fixed today.
