I had never seen that Betty Crocker website == Damn it's GOOD!!!

(waffle iron ordered!!) ;D

Awww... now I want one!

I wish I had a kitchen that was bigger than a closet. I'd have so many nice kitchen things.

OK, maybe this is the place to ask this very important question! I am back to the UK Sept. 6, and was asked by a neighbor to bring back some "real American" waffle mix for their waffle iron (Mickey Mouse one bought at Disney) as they haven't been to the US for a while and always bring it back with them. Well, we were out socializing when they asked, so I didn't elaborate and ask for a brand name, but here I am trying to pack up and wondering what they meant exactly? I guess I could email them and ask, but...do any of you waffle aficionados know what would be appreciated? (Or, is it just Bisquick with the recipe on the box??? Could be with them, her idea of cooking is dinner from Marks&Spencer!) I've never made waffles in the UK...or shopped for any kind of pancake mix there...so I don't know what is available. Thanks!

Mmmm.....waffles.  Real Waffles.  This has possibilities.  I'm asking for a waffle iron for a wedding present, or something.   ;D

I've never really noticed any waffle mixes before.  My friends brought me some Snoqualmie Falls pancake/waffle mix from home - (5lb bag!).  I'll have to be on the lookout now.....

So cool!  ;D
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Okay real honest to god waffle maker square and all....

20 quid at Argos Extra stores... cat # 050/1444 Princess Waffle maker 750 watt nonstick and all that....

The reason you can't find it online is because it's only at the Extra Stores.. you can 1. call them or two.. text a message to reserve and pick it up at your local store.  Which I did.. it's fast fun and painless....

It's on page 398 of their new catalog.  If you do a search for the catalog number online it will give you the link for the Argos extra locations and how to text in your order......

Hmmmm... homemade waffles, grade A amber maple and lurpak... yuuuuuuuuuuuuuummmy!
