we've done a cursory look at venues and our list of places local places that offer civil services, aren't Eleventy-Billion Pounds for a mandatory whole weekend rental, or completely naff is 26 items long. Now we just need to figure out how many people can make it so we can look at appropriately sized venues so we can pick a date and we can figure out how many people can make it. Anyone see the problem there? Although I suppose for most of them the exact weekend will be less of an issue than the cost of airfare.
