Schindler's List

The scene on the train track when they all give Oskar the ring and he drops it because he's so moved by it all kills me every time.

A million times, Yes, to the Buffy episode 'The Body,' where Buffy's mom dies.  Also to the seasons 2 & 5-7 finales (especially s6.  yellow crayon ftw.), and at least a dozen other episodes besides.  And then of course there's Angel.  And Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog.

Being a complete Whedon addict, my go-to for nearly any emotional state is generally Buffy.  I've got a whole list of episode appropriate for different moods & occasions. :)

Film-wise, I'm pretty easy, as I tend to tear up at the drop of a hat.  It's such a common occurrence that very few films really stand out, but a few are:

Steel Magnolias
Love Actually
Legends of the Fall
almost any animal movie

About the time I turned 30 I realized I cried much easier.

Folger's commercials - where the brother/son come home for Xmas?
*insert crying here*

AT&T used to get me all the time too.

Its like Jude Law says in the Holiday I cry..A good book, a great film, a birthday card, I weep.

Woad:

The scene where Buffy hurls herself through the vortex...where Spike is weeping...

Whedon is almost cruel sometimes with how he can wrench your soul around, but there's always enough redemption to pull you through...

Latley it seems like anything will make me cry...

As far as movies... I wouldn't say I cry, but I get all choked up when I watch the Land Before Time.

I always cry at the Toys for Tots commercial where the little boy looks at the Marine and says "Are you Santa?"

I'm with you on Beaches and Steel Magnolias.  I can cry at any movie though, heck I was bawling on the plane watching Star Trek!!

I used to be quite a bit of a Whedon addict too, although I was a major fan of the Buffy and Angel relationship so I'm not so keen on the later seasons of Buffy. Strangely enough, The Body actually makes me more uncomfortable than sad (I don't really like to watch it)... the Buffy episodes that always make me tearful are the season 2 ones, Innocence, Passion and Becoming I & II and the Angel episode that gets me is I Will Remember You (at the end).

In terms of films, I haven't watched many tearjerkers lately, but ones that have the potential to make me cry are:

The Notebook (love this film... I cry every time :P!)
City of Angels
A Walk To Remember (haven't watched this or City of Angels in years though)
Ghost
