How much for the actual visa? You pay on the day of the interview, right?

Marlespo,

Here is a link......http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_web/visa/iv/interview.htm

It states $335 or the sterling equivalent. I would take a little extra just in case the fee listed on the web it out of date. Its probably ok but better to be prepared. Don't forget the £10 fee for the courier service.

Cool - thanks! For some reason I couldn't find that page. The embassy isn't a very easily navigable site, IMHO. We'll be paying with AMEX (more airmiles!) so we'll just pay there, whatever they need. :) Thanks Jule  - -

No problem Mareslpo....you are right the website is a bit difficult to navigate around. Seems sometimes you find things and then you go back to find it again and get lost.  :o

Don't forget the £125 for the medical examination on the day as well.  They take cash or credit card only.
