I know you posted here ages ago, but I just stumbled across your post and wanted to say hi! I lived in Boulder for 7 years, and that's where I met my Scottish husband. My parents are in Fort Collins and my husband's family has a flat in Boulder, so I'm in Colorado every chance I get, which is rarely, unfortunately.
I hope you're adjusting to live in the UK and don't miss Boulder too much. I know every time I'm back there, I think how badly I'd love to move back. However, as soon as I get to Edinburgh, I feel at home and would never dream of leaving.
