Shipping 20ft container - costs??

Hi everyone!  This will be my second time moving from the US to the UK!  The first time I was relocated by my company on an Expat assignment.  I married a Brit while there and we have now been living back in the US for 2 1/2 years.  However, since the company coordinated the last moves I'm pretty naive about shipping costs.  For those of you that know how much your containers cost to ship... can you share ballpark so that I can start getting my head around how much (if any) furniture we ship back over??  Thanks so much!!  Jen

I think it is highly dependent on where you are moving from in the US, but I would expect $7k to $10k.
