Car Rental companies with questionable ethics in the UK/IRE

We had this thread on "businesses with good service" so I thought it would be good to let others know of rental car companies who charge for questionable damage.

After reading some of these posts my inclination is to stay with Hertz even though they can charge a higher rate but in the long run based on your experiences it may not be so.

My dad rented a car from Enterprise when he was visiting in December, and they were fine.  No "questionable ethics" whatsoever.
