I posted a while ago about going to graduate school in the UK, but I'm just a lurker interested in possibly expatriating to either England or Scotland at some point in the future. I don't have a girlfriend or anything, or even really a desire to leave anything (or the US) behind, so I'll just have to see how grad schools goes, if I do it at all.
The "reason" for possibly expatriating is a borderline obsession with everything British (specifically English or Scottish). More important than anything is, of course, finding employment. If I had an opportunity in both the US and the UK I'd probably pick the UK, but if I had something in the US but not in the UK I wouldn't just hang around (and probably wouldn't even be legally allowed to) if nothing was going on for me in Britain.
Right now I'm about a year away from my Bachelor's and then serving with the Peace Corps for a few years.
