Save, I rarely buy them at all. And when I do, they're cheap.

Save as I don't wear jewelry for the most part.  Besides my engagement / wedding pendant, the best piece of jewelry I've ever had was from a thrift shop and cost me $1.  I bought it almost 30 years ago and still have it!

Hair ornaments / clips?

Splurge. I would rather have just a couple bites of good chocolate than a bunch of cheap stuff. I do love M&Ms and Hersheys, but prefer the really good stuff.

Stationery?

I do love me some M&M's & Hershey's. TamaMoo did you try the coconut or pretzel M&M's while you were in Indiana? I did they were both really good ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif] I found them both at Kroger's & Walmart.

Save I have shades that clip onto my glasses they came with my glasses I rarely use them though. ;)  8)

Save! I consider spending more than $20 on a handbag a splurge and only carry one bag until it's worn to death.

Shoes?

I try not to spend more than $15 on a purse cause I like to change mine often but I
do recycle my purse's though if there in good enough shape to that is. ;)  :)

Splurge I only like Skecher sneakers or Skecher flip flops I'm really picky about my shoes.

Save.  I've got a 5 year old Nokia.  It doesn't do anything except make phone calls and text.  I'll keep it until it doesn't do that anymore.

Save these days because I rarely wear them. I used to splurge. I will never forget in '87 when dad nearly choked while handing over $45 for a half price pair of jeans in Fashion Bug that I just  HAD to have or I'd die (to be read with full teenage drama in mind).

Curtains/drapes/any window coverings
