I know you all want to stay here in "Jolly old", I mistakenly returned to the country of my birth with my American wife, I glibly signed up with HMRC to pay my fair "wack" on tax, on income from the US pension/social security , now after just over two years we want out. We hope to sell up and leave before winter, back to the USA. I have a sinking feeling I will never get any money back from HMRC and all they will want is more. Any comments!?
