Squeeeeee!  ;D

It's been far too long since we last saw the Doctor!

Yay!  So excited!
On s'envolera du même quai
Les yeux dans les mêmes reflets,
Pour cette vie et celle d'après
Tu seras mon unique projet.

Je t'aimais, je t'aime, et je t'aimerai.

See photo! So, very, completely excited, but I hope they say something about Elisabeth Sladen.  She really made dr. who for me when I first started watching it.  I know the season is already taped, but it would be nice to see her remembered in some way at the end of an episode or something.

I'm sure something is going to be dedicated to her.

We're getting the new Doctor series on Saturday as well. BBC America has been running all the back episodes every day -- so guess who switches on the tube the minute she walks in the door at 5:00!
Very sad about Elizabeth Sladen.  :\\\'(

I KNOW!!!  I am a sucker for a tall, gangly, geeky boy who wears tweed and suspenders though :S

Have a lovely holiday and please please please lets get together when you get back!  xx

Anyone see "The Doctor's Wife" ? What a great episode. Probably the best with Matt Smith, except for "Vincent and the Doctor" from last season (made me weep!)

I loved it. Of course, it was written by Neil Gaiman, so I was pre-disposed to love it, but I thought it was brilliantly done. I'm really enjoying Matt Smith.

Yes, he is quite handsome in his nerdy hipster way! I haven't seen the latest episode unfortunately...have to wait for about a week for BBC America to put it on OnDemand over here. Boooo

Doctor's Wife was OK -- but I'm not loving this new series so much. May have something to do with the fact that BBC America doesn't broadcast the new ones until 9:00 PM and DS and I are both snoozing by that time. We record them of course and catch up during the week but it does take some of the excitement out of it.

I'm pretty upset that due to Memorial Day the US will be running a week behind the UK.  This weekend and next is ok for me (I'll be in the UK), but its gonna suck when DF gets to see it a week before me!  I'll have to see if it turns up on one of my naughty internet tv sites.
