Things to do in Scarborough?

My DF and I were there last summer. We went to Scarborough Castle (and saw a medieval reinactment), the Sea Life Center, walked the boardwalk/went to the shops, visited Peasolm Park, etc.

We are going again next weekend to see Elton John (we're so excited, as we met through Elton), and we'll definitely go back to the Sea Life Center (we both love that kind of stuff), and will do the boardwalk again. However, where else is there to go or do? Any suggestions?  We love fun, interesting, interactive/educational things, but any and all suggestions are welcome!

I've never really 'done' anything in Scarborough - just went there to be there & walk around, lol!

If you have extra time, go check out Whitby (number 1), Filey and/or Bridlington - other North Yorks seaside towns in the same general area - but Whitby is definitely the best!
