Have you contemplated making your own? My British mother lived in the US for a long time and was never able to find sausages to satisfy her UK tastebuds, so she always made her own.

No. I do like to cook but l wouldn't know where to start with sausages or where to get the ingredients, and without a recipe,l expect mine would end up tasting like the rubbish that l often end up buying fom online brit supermarkets !

just some suggestions on places to look for products you like.....i dont know if you have an ingles there in nashville but they do stock  quite a few items varying by each store....also harris tetter and kitchen company.....

l've never heard of Ingles or Kitchen Co but there is a Harris Teeter somewhere around, there's also a World Supermarket, which was suggested by somebody else, but they don't have much of a choice. The best place l found was the International Food Club in Orlando, they had loads of stuff, including frozen goods,at good prices. They don't sell online yet though..guess l'll have to move back to FL . I wished l'd never left there anyway, but that's a another story altogether :)

I bet if you were really dying and wanted sausage ect.. you could get a shipping company to pick up from the place in Jersey with dry ice ;-)

I bet if you asked her she would if you paid a little bit, they are super nice.

Just it cant hurt - I know they ship sub sandwiches everywhere on dry ice within the US as I have ordered from AC to Texas and to Minnesota.

Good luck!
