Already stressed about my wedding

I say do what makes YOU TWO happy. Everyone in your family/lives will have their opinions, but in the end it's just about you two and the love that you share. Eloping is always good, but so is a nice family gathering (wedding). It's your call Hope it all works out for you and I wish you the best

We were originally going to elope to a castle in Scotland with just the parents along, then decided to have a big(ish) wedding in the US, but the amount of stress and aggravation of trying to organize a wedding between the  two countries made us step back and decide that the worry of doing a MVV wasn't that bad after all, so now it's back to the castle in Scotland, just the two of us, then we will have a marriage blessing in London with his immediate family and a marriage blessing in the US with mine, it's the best of both worlds, the ceremony will be the two of us and then we still get to celebrate with our families annnnnd I get to wear my wedding dress THREE times!

I vote for ELOPE!

Then have a party afterwards...or even better TWO! One in each country so everybody can celebrate!

(I used to bartend at catering halls and have witnessed maybe 200+ weddings...they are boring and all the same. Mix it up!)
