Ok, so I've been trying to be beyond anal about this whole process, and I can't believe that I went and made this stupid mistake!
I printed the Third Country Vet Certificate (EC 998) from Defra's website (instead of using the one in the Pets thread above). It is 3 pages long, due to formatting. On the bottom of the 1st page is where you have to enter the date of the blood draw. I messed up and put the wrong date - made it look like the blood draw was in April and it was really in Feb. (don't ask me how I did this
![Oops [smiley=oops.gif]](https://www.talk.uk-yankee.com/Smileys/classic/oops.gif)
). Well, I just had my vet cross out the date and write in the correct one (in the correct format) and initial it. Should I go ahead and completely re-do this page instead, with the correct date? I filled this page in anyways, before going to the vet.
If it helps any, my stepsister is actually my vet, and she doesn't mind looking over it again if I re-do it..and I wouldn't change the date on the 2nd page where she signed it. As a funny aside, she was really worried about making sure she put the date in the correct format, when we realized today was July 7, making it 7/7/11 no matter which way she wrote it!

Or will I be ok if I just leave it as is, with the incorrect date scored out?
