Yeah, its been on freesat since it came out in the UK, but not freeview. It hits more viewers now.   :)

I wish the Good Food Channel was on Freesat, I'd really like that one better!

aHH makes sense now. thought freeview/sat was one in the same, except freesat gave you HD....

Thanks..

I think Ive been watching it since the day the channel debuted. I was home sick one day and there it was and no one knew what I was on about. Being off sick with a comfort channel like that made me feel loads better.

YaY to more viewers. Hoping they start broadcasting more original UK programming.. Love the US shows, but it be nice to see British cooking (and not old shows) as well

I just wish they'd show more of the programs I loved in the US.  I was so excited when I switched to Sky and found they had Food Network, but so many good programs are missing.

I am watching Primal Grill on UKGoodFood (or whatever its called these days) and I love Steve Raichlin....however, his recipes aren't all that realistic for me. I have ONE BBQ...ONE. He has like 10 of them....and his cuts of meat must cost like hundreds of dollars...it makes me feel a bit sad because everything looks so delish! I do have his BBQ bible cookbook, and I love it! I am excited to watch Diners Dives & Drive Ins if its on. Thats my favorite show!

GoodFood & other networks have the broadcast rights to a lot of Food Network shows, so a lot of the flow kinda goes missing. My fave was good eats, but its hit or miss. They seem to ADORE Guy Fiore here, cause hes on all the time.

BTW for those on twitter should follow @foodnetwork_uk for any changes in programs or current months themes. (i think its cake)

So annoyed that it's only 6 pm to 10 pm though as I really want to watch this Three Sheets and a Drunken Monkey show but it airs at 11 pm.

Watched Diners Drive-ins and Dives while settling Thomas to sleep though.  OMG the Yo Challah stuffed french toast...WANT!
