Step DVD or Workouts?
« on: July 31, 2011, 12:18:12 PM »
So I actually (bizarrely) really enjoy step workouts. I have a GIANT reebok step which gives an awesome workout (it's quite high), but right now I'm just doing simple stuff stepping on and off of it, I'd really like to find a step DVD or something but I can't seem to find a good one  ???

I have totally cool step, () but it seems quite hard for beginners as it's more of a dancing style, whereas I want more of a workout style (granted I was doing it with hand/ankle weights, so that may have made it a bit tougher).

If anyone has a DVD or website that they know is good, that will be great, otherwise I'll just keep getting on/off it until I collapse in exhaustion (like I do now!) :)

THE FIRM - Body Sculpting System

It's an older DVD set but it's a great workout. I built 2 steps for it and used 2 carpet samples to cover them.

No personal recommendation, but just for fun I checked Amazon and sorted by customer ranking. This came out on top.

 ;D ;D ;D

I'd buy it for the cheese factor alone but 26 people gave it 5 stars so how bad can it be?

Have fun!
