USB charger for phone and ipod too?

Hello,

I have an android phone and love that there is one USB cable that connects to the computer or the charging plug.

My question is do you think it would be safe to use the same plug to charge my ipod too?  My ipod plug is 2 pin from the US so I need to carry adapter everywhere, so it would be much easier to use the one UK plug for both phone and ipod. 

Little hesitant at trying it incase my old ipod cant handle it!!

You will just need a US to UK plug adapter, my wife is in the UK at the moment using her Ipad over there as well as her Ipod both being charged on UK power 240v. Look on the bottom of your charger you should see the 100-240v power

I also think it should be ok. I got an android phone some time ago and has been using the same cable. No problem.
