Cheap iPhone plans?!
« on: August 14, 2011, 09:37:24 PM »
Am I right that the Tesco Mobile plans for iPhone (if I don't want to do a contract) are probably the cheapest in the country?

I'm kind of shocked -- they seem like a glorious deal compared to the US -- 28 dollars (US) for 250 mins, 5,000 text, and 1GB data. Is this normal?

As I dont have an iPhone, not too sure if its a great deal or not. I do know Tescos mobile service is provided by O2. So using their site to see if your new postcode gets decent coverage will help.

Is good place to start to compare plans/rates/offers for all the providers out there. Its Ofcom approved as well.

Also if youre bringing phones over, unlocked, can also take a look at Pay As You Go as sometimes those plans are better than the monthly contracts (theres no stigma attached here for top up phones) as well. If you do, GiffGaff sometimes offer some GREAT deals for as little as £10 a top up.
