Good news for some

There is good news and bad news of significance today September 22, 2011.

The stockmarket is tanking. (stocks are way down in today's market but since I don't own any stock....)

If you are transferring money to the UK from the US the pound is tanking.

So what is good? Do you have a job and get wages?

OK I spotted this http://www.express.co.uk/posts/view/273013/Tesco-sparks-supermarket-war-by-cutting-prices-across-the-board.  So that should put a smile on some faces.

The price of crude oil is falling quite a bit so when you who buy petrol and you finish off paying for the mistakes of the oil companies and their oil spills you may see prices decline.
