I find him ishly rude sometimes and amusing sometimes.

The tax thing was out of line simply because tax stuff freaks out Americans.  Ahhhhhh. AUDIT.   

But you can block I suppose. 

Absolutely, one can block but one just has to question motives sometimes. I don't care for a pot stirrer!!!!!!!!!
