I grew up on the other side of the Ohio in Louisville. I never got a chance to make it up to Santa Claus, but I'm a bit familiar with southern Indiana. My brother and SIL live up in Lanesville in Harrison County. Looks like plenty of mid-westerners on here!  ;D

I've been to Louisville loads and loads of times in my life. That is also where we fly in and out of for our visits home, even though Evansville is actually closer to where my parents are. If you're back for a visit and need something to do for a day (summertime of course), you could always head up to Holiday World. ;) I hate that Kentucky Kingdom closed.

I have family in Lanesville as well, not much to the town :P It is nice though.

Email received Sept. 20th, 2011 Visa issued!!! :)

Heck, your family probably knows my brother/SIL's family. I know how those small towns work; everybody knows everybody.

They probably do, my cousin worked at a salon there in town and her husband was the pastor of one of the churches there, and I think there are only like two in the whole town. Lol
