LOL should be interesting! Between their horrible customer service and my asking to repeat themselves because I don't understand... I don't know what's worse. Hahaha.
There are two kinds of people.  People who say what they want, and people who DO what they want. Which one will you be?

I honestly can't complain too much in this department. The area I'm in, people are generally really nice (with a spot few grumps but even then they just don't talk and smile much).

The only rude customer service experience I've had was when I called Costco Headquarters to inquire about what I needed to do to get a business account with them for my company to which she rudely stated that an owner or approved manager needed to apply. I told her that was me and she said "no ma'am, it HAS to be an owner or APPROVED manager" to which I said "I understand and that would be ME!" then she incredulously says "well I don' know the nature of your job, I'm just saying that it will be a waste of your time if your not the approved manager!" I kept my cool, but just said "That won't be a problem for me, I thank you for your time!" She hung up on me after that! LOL! I do sound younger than 29, but what does it matter to her? I figured they would just jump on the opportunity to make more money!  [smiley=deal2.gif]
