UK: NFL's New England Patriots v St Louis Rams - 28 Oct 2012

Ha!  I'm used to the slings and arrows of jealous fans of teams other than the Cowboys.  I realize that when your own team's coach and veteran linebacker are suspended for rampant and flagrant rule-breaking, it must give you some satisfaction to try and take down honorable opponents. 

 

Why are other fans "jealous" if they don't like a team? Thats what Man Utd fans and Yankees fans say as well....it just adds to the general arrogance.

As for the rule-breaking, not saying they didn't do it but I think they've been made scapegoats. I find it astounding that no other team have been found guilty of this - in particular the Pittsburgh Steelers who are the dirtiest team around. Every game they cross the line.

Good, I was falling behind on my quota of general arrogance this month.

I think where the Saints messed up was in not putting the kibosh on the whole bounty program as soon as they knew they were being looked at.  That it kept going after the coaching staff told the owner they'd stopped it made it look like they weren't taking the NFL's investigation seriously.

The Steelers are owned by the Rooney family, who have more clout among NFL owners than Tom Benson does.
