As part of the UK Border Agency’s strategy to move
more of our services online, we are replacing the
BRPs management and verification telephone services
(telephone numbers: 0300 123 2412 and 0300 123
4699) with an email system. Customers will still be
able to access the telephone services until 9pm on
31 January. From 9am on 1st February the following
email services will be in operation:
To notify us of an issue with the delivery of a BRP,
please email: BRPDelivery@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
To notify us of an error on a BRP, please email:
BRPError@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
To report the loss or theft of a BRP please email:
BRPLost@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
To confirm a BRP is valid, employers and sponsors
should email:
employerBRPverification@ukba.gsi.gov.uk
Customers without access to email will be able to send
their enquiries by freepost to:
