I really really really hope that they keep ILE, but I'm not holding my breath for it.  If they do, then it's a wonderful surprise.  If not, then oh well.

I'm going to be in the UKBA User Panel meeting tomorrow and will miss the speech, so all you peeps are on your own 

I'm wondering how this is going to affect me because I intend to marry and live on Guernsey. Will Guernsey have to agree to these laws seperately? I know I will have to go through the UK visa system but Guernsey's laws are different.
