hi all, need some advice on sae mail to usa

hi, i have to send some mail to oregon and it has to have a sae envelope with it so i can get it back,can`t buy us stamps here, us postal service don`t send stamps here and can`t do cod. how do you guy`s do it ?

Can you send it to a family member or friend in the US and have them mail it for you? I've done that before.

I've never had to do this, but you should be able to purchase postage online from USPS at and print it out.
