Just finished up the Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, and have started the Hunger Games series.

I try to alternate between non-fiction and fiction.

Just finished A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin because I was impatient as well!  :) Without the internet to distract me, and without the will to finish unpacking from the move, I finished it in 4 days.  :P  Absolutely loved it.

I'm going to see if the library can get me the second one (I'm totally hooked but skint at the same time!), but in the mean time I'm reading Elizabeth George's This Body of Death.

Just started Tipping the Velvet by Sarah Waters. Loving it! Really like this soooo much better than The Little Stranger. That one was so slow and took ages to really pique my interest, but this one sucked me in from the beginning.

I adore Sarah Waters, but The Little Stranger didn't do it for me either. Tipping the Velvet is wonderful, but I think my favourite of hers is The Night Watch.

Okay, glad it wasn't just me. I did eventually finish The Little Stranger, but it took me ages since I was finding it kind of boring and couldn't get into the characters.  :-\\\\ I'll definitely try The Night Watch, then!

I'm switching back and forth between One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich and a biography of Coco Chanel. It's keeping me on my toes!  ;)

Currently reading The Shape of Snakes by Minette Walters

Don't know yet what I will read next....trying to help my DH edit his first novel, which he finished a couple of weeks ago....now he is writing a new one.  Such a brilliant mind he has.....I love to read when I have the time.
