Tony Hillerman "The Sinister Pig" and "Skeleton Man"
When I am grown-up I will understand how BEAUTIFUL it feels to administrate my life effectively.

Until then I will continue to TORCH all correspondence that bores me and to dance NAKED over the remnants of its still glowing embers.

Everything is Illuminated by Jonathan Safran Foer.  Interestly written book from 3 points of view...from the writers point of view, a companions, and a "fictional" story.  I'm still confused by it all, but have to keep with it as it's for my book club which meets this weekend!

Thanks, I just saw that on IMDB myself.  Who knew--Elijah Wood and everything!  I think I'll finish the book first.

I love the Adrian Mole books! I've read them all. Have you read The Queen and I, also by Sue Townsend? It's hysterical!! It's about what happens when the royal family is dismantled and the queen winds up living on a council estate! ;D

My fav's:

The Wisdom Of Crowds - James Surowiecki
Watching the English (YOU HAVE GOT TO READ THIS ONE! HILARIOUS!) - Kate Fox
Confessions of an Economic Hit Man - John Perkins (another must-read!)

I'm not reading them at the moment, but by god if you go to W.H Smith's buy the last tow this instant - the first should be easy to find as well.

Just starting The Historian. Picked it up in WH Smith on the way home from work. Looks kinda interesting but I haven't heard anything about it. Anyone?
I know I'm late - where's the booze?
