Keeping US Job on Part-time basis - tax implications?

I'm curious as to how complicated it will be if I keep my US job on a part-time basis while living in the UK. I know I'll need to pay taxes in the UK.
Anyone have a similar experience? Is it difficult this a difficult task to undertake?
