Flightfox - new way to book airfare

I have found a fabulous new way to book flights. Has anyone tried www.flightfox.com ?

People search for your cheapest/best flight options for you, fighting for a finder's fee ($29). You pay the finder's fee up front, but it's refundable if you're not happy with your options. It's great, especially if your trip is a little bit more complicated. You can also include a note with any frequent flyer miles you have, and that can be factored in. So far I have 1 flight option posted, and it's cheaper/easier than what I found searching myself. Check it out!
