Weird Dreams....
« on: April 02, 2012, 08:48:03 PM »
I've been having pretty bizarre dreams lately and I thought it'd be fun to have some chit chat about dreams. Yesterday I had a dream that I was on the Titanic (with Leo ;D) And of course it starts right with me and him when the boat is like upward going down into the water, and I'm all chill about it (very unlike me). Then it switches to where I'm underwater and some merman saves us. Uh, yeah. Weird.
Then today I had one where I was going on the plane to England (lol, THAT'S how much it's been on my mind). Even in my dream I'm thinking "I don't go until May and it's April, wtf?" but I digress, I am in an airport and then I for some reason am on the top of the building and my passport falls over the ledge.

But fear not because I have X-Men like powers and lift it back up with my psychic abilities. Then I go from there to Immigration, and I'm talking to an American IO about Alex (my boyfriend) and again I'm thinking, Why am I talking to American immigration? I'm American for crying out loud. lol, But ANYWAYS, what's some of the weirdest dreams you've had lately that you can remember? I guess that's how nervous I am about IO's, they're making their way into my dreams now. ;D

Oooo I like this topic! I don't normally remember my dreams at all, but I did have one a couple of months ago that stuck with me because it creeped me out.

I was at this house party and Elijah Wood was there. He didn't know anyone and was standing in a corner looking kind of unfortunate so I told him he could tag along with me. He was following me around, which was fine because I told him he could, but he kept stroking my hair and saying how nice it was. The whole entire time. It was so terribly creepy. I woke up and couldn't shake it all day. I just kept thinking "Who does that?! Honestly!"  :P

I attribute it to watching "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" the day before, because he's kind of creepy and unfortunate in that.

I've had some really odd ones since arriving in the UK. Hubby has too since I got here. The oddest one I forgot all about until the next morning when hubby said I was cursing up a blue streak in my sleep. Then I remembered my dream. There were demons disguised as harmless animals (rabbits, squirrels, and even fish) in order for me to reveal their true identity, I had to swear ALOT dropping the F bomb repeatedly. I guess I occasionally talk in my sleep and hubby was quite curious who I kept swearing at. What's really funny is I don't typically swear when I'm awake  :-X

I'm so glad someone likes the topic! I was kinda worried no one would reply. Funny how our brains work, yeah? I lol'ed, that is soooo weird! I love how so many of us dream of celebs. I mostly don't anymore, it's usually Alex that takes the celebs place, so, that was interesting. I think the Titanic one was because it's coming back into theaters in 3D and I kinda wanna go even though I've seen it a million times. Either that or I'm thinking my cruise I'm going on later in the year will end up the same way.  :-\\\\

I had one last night where all I can remember is that my fridge was full of solidified Chinese food that wasn't in the containers anymore. Like, bricks of Chinese food. It was so weird.  :P

I've been having this recurring dream (twice weekly) where it's approaching finals and I've skipped one class for the entire semester and I'm going to get an F which means I won't graduate from college.

I have no idea why I'm having this dream because I graduated from college and January and have no coursework to speak of. Hmmm.
