Just joined Weight Watchers Online

I have to do something. During wedding week a couple of weeks ago, I gained 10 lbs in the week leading up to the big day! Ugh! The dress was tight before I started, had to invest in some Spanx to put everything where it should be.

So today I invested in the Weight Watcher deal. I think by following their plan maybe I can learn to make some better food choices. We'll see! Anyone else on it?

I have done WW in person before but now I use sparkpeople.com and really like it.  When I am doing everything I am supposed to, the weight comes off like clockwork.  And it is free!  I did like WW though when I followed it a few years ago.

Joiya: thanks for your note. I will look it up! I ended my WW online yesterday since it's kind of fallen by the side and I am making the move in the next month.
