Teasing us, again!  I was near there back at Easter week - we went to Weymouth for Easter holidays, and was trying to convince DH to sashay over that direction towards River Cottage Canteen...

But we ended up staying closer in around Dorset, there was so much to see there!

I can see that we are going to have do another self-catering in Devon another year...
Ring the bells that still can ring
Forget your perfect offering
There is a crack, a crack in everything
That's how the light gets in...

I love huevos rancheros!! My wife, however, is a 'plain egg' person - like Miles in Uncle Buck.

I just hope that more people will ignore the fatalism of the argument that we are beyond repair. We are not beyond repair. We are never beyond repair. - AOC

We are so lucky down here, this is a real foodie heaven! Not only do we we have great restaurants, but the farm shops are fantastic!  As for River Cottage,,hmmm, its ok, food is ok'ish and service is very hit and miss...it wouldn't be my first choice, however, I've heard that the HQ is nice!
You really should come back down sometime, i could be your own personal tourist information!  xx b
