Where did you buy your duvet cover?
« on: September 05, 2012, 12:39:39 PM »
Hey everyone!

I was wondering where you guys bought your duvet covers? DH and I are redecorating the bedroom and we’re having trouble finding a nice duvet cover. We’ve been to Dunelm, Debenhams and Jown Lewis and the ones we’ve seen have all been a bit blah.  So, I wondering if you guys have any tips?

Thanks! :)

IKEA, Tesco, Sainsbury, Primark, Argos, Marks and Spencer, BHS, online at Amazon; whether you'll like them of course depends on your price range and taste.

We got ours from Amazon and John Lewis. I agree there aren't a lot of great options out there.

My current one, I got from La Redoute.
However, I'm getting ready to change it and have spotted the one I want on eBay.

Urban Outfitters... they aren't exactly the softest ever, but I've never had a problem with them itching or being too rough, and I think they have a lot of nice floral/chic prints. I haven't really seen any nice ones at Dunelm or Debenhams either, the "feminine" coloured ones all have sequins or rhinestones on them, which I find a bit odd.

I like the ones at IKEA. Also, if you have a TKMaxx near you, they occasionally have stuff from Pottery Barn so they could be worth checking out. I got my Pottery Barn duvet cover on eBay for super cheap. If you find a seller willing to ship, it could be worth it!
