Free books/book exchanges

After living in our "new" town since the end of April, I have just discovered the post office has a book shelf where people can drop of unwanted books and others can pick them up to either read and bring back, or keep. We still go to the post office in the town we had lived in, because of still working there. It is just habit.

Truly awesome friends.

Hubby's brother does a LOT for MIL and FIL, but he isn't all that interested in technology, so he can't help a lot with techie things they need done. One of hubby's friends gladly goes to their house whenever needed, to help with installing, updating, troubleshooting, fixing, or whatever needs to be done with their cable, phones, etc. It is such a relief for hubby to know he is so willing, since hubs was the one who took care of all that when he was in the UK.
