The girls have cotbeds. They're assembled as a bed, not a cot but we don't get them a new bed for a couple of more years at least as they still fit in them. We've been using the bedding we bought when they were babies. It has a 4 tog duvet and fleece blanket with it. I worry it's too cool, especially as it's been getting seriously cold at nights. Plus, we turn off our heating at night and the girls insist on having their door open so their bedroom gets chilly.
What tog level do you use for your kids beds? I've been looking this up and opinion is a bit all over. I want to get them a new duvet, I was thinking just a single duvet, that way they can use it when we get them a single bed. I'm thinking of a 10.5 tog for winter but would that be too much?
