Best credit card to use abroad?

I am planning to apply for a credit card but what card is best to get that allow me to use abroad without too much fees.

I've used my Capital One cards in Mexico, UK, and Netherlands. The interest sucks but I think the only fees I've ever had were maybe a 5 dollar conversion charge

HSBC and First Direct credit cards are okay.

British Airways/Visa Card, thought Chase Bank, has served me well over the years. NO CURRENCY EXCHANGE FEES ON PURCHASES! Whatever the raw exchange rate is...that's what you pay! No bank commission charges added on. It doesn't pay to do a currency exchange.
