My wife sent her set M application on 11/03/2013 and they took the
Fee on 12/03/2013 and we recieved acknowledge letter on the 15/03/2013,
Today 21/03/2013 we recieved the letter to do biometric which we just did it
, the date on letter was 18/03/2013.
Anyone has any idea , how long will it take we recieve the
Biometric card and our documents and passports back.
I just need to mention we did not take our application to
Settlement service check, we just filled it and provided all
The documents was requested.
Hope some one answers .

This thread discusses ILR processing times, it seems to be taking about 3 months:

My Biometric Residence Permit came today!!! This is really amazing for me, because every lawyer or immigration consultant that we spoke to said that I'd be denied since I came over on a visitor visa! I guess they realized that with my wife & children being British, it was only a matter time.

9 June 2012 original application turned in
3 july 2012 received application back stating that it was invalid (accidentally used an earlier version of the form)
30th Nov 2012 wife made redundant
2nd Jan 2013 text ordering me to return to the USA or face Deportation
3rd Jan visited immigration lawyer, who advised us to turn in the application despite us not being able to meet the financial requirements any more, it wouldn't make much difference because of my visitor visa issue so to apply anyways
8th Jan 2013 New FLR(M) application sent
30th Jan Invitation for Biometrics submission sent by UKBA
9th Feb 2013 Invitation received
12th Feb 2013 Biometrics submitted at Post Office (told my the woman there to expect communication for next step in 2-3 weeks)
22 March 2013 BRP Card arrived!!! Awaiting return of documents

Congratulations, ros03003!  That is really wonderful news.  I'll readily admit that I'm also surprised by your approval, but very happy for you and your family.  :D
