Crushed digestive biscuits for the graham cracker - not the same but I believe the closest you'll get.
Sugar - granulated is "normal" sugar, like what you'd put in coffee, but castor sugar is best for baking as it's finer.

Granulated sugar is 'normal' sugar.

If you're using a US recipe, watch out when it comes to flour.  US flour is different than UK flour.  I always got confused on which to replace US flour with, so I gave up and started using UK recipes (I like allrecipes.co.uk).   ;D

In the UK you will find cornstarch labelled as cornflour.

There is "self raising flour", which is white flour with the raising agent already added, great for when you are making sponge cakes.

"Plain flour" is what I would call ordinary US flour, no raising agent added and, for example, used for making a pie crust.

Then there are bread flours, wholewheat flours, potato flour, in fact you should be able to find every kind of flour you need.

UK granulated sugar is coarser than US granulated sugar.  The US kind is sort of halfway between UK granulated and castor.  You can use granulated sugar for baking, but it may affect the texture of your cake.

I'm not a crushed digestives as a substitute for graham crackers fan, me, but if a ginger-y flavour might go with your pie, what about ginger nuts / ginger biscuits?

I do not think I have an Ocado close to here. I have never seen one. I will try the digestive biscuits for now...(since I brought them last night lol) and see how it goes. I am making an easy version of cheesecake and the crust called for

rolled oats, graham crackers, and walnuts.

Ocado is an online shopping site - they don't have any branches so you have to buy online. They do have a lot of American stuff though.

I think you'll be fine with crushed digestive biscuits. I've used them in the past and been happy with the result.

Lots of cheesecake recipes in the UK use ginger nuts / ginger biscuits:

I looooove gingernuts as a pie crust.

okay so I made my pie and it turned out well...HOWEVER .. I think the crust is a bit overpowering.

The crust was made of the digestive biscuits, rolled oats, and chopped nuts.  While good I just think next time I will cut back on the crust stuff.. i like my cheesecakes to have more filling than crust if that makes sense. I could not taste the filling enough for my liking.
