My husband volunteers at a community farm at weekends, and sometimes he is given goodies to take home. This week, it's goose eggs. They are huge--about the size of a baseball, though egg-shaped, obviously. What can I do with them? I'm a bit squeamish about eggs, and will only eat them if they're really well cooked. Can I scramble them or make an omelet? Has anyone had a goose egg before?
