Baby passport -affadavit of residence/physical presence in US and abroad

How detailed does this need to be? Does it just refer to actual residence in and out of the US or do I need to recount every vacation or journey in and out of the country? I thought I had everything figured out and ready for the consular report/passport/ssn application but I just read this in the passport notes and am stressing a bit.

We just went through this--

They pretty much want all of the "big" dates.  They didn't seem too worried about small vacations but rather when you were actually living someplace.  The agent did tell me that some people do have to write everything but if you've spent most of your live in the US its not a problem.
