I just moved into a new flat and it is furnished with more electronics than I own myself. TV, surround sound, DVD player, freeview etc. The problem is that I am not tech savvy enough to get everything connected/working properly. My landlord is expecting a new baby any moment and has asked the porters in the building to help, but they have not been able to sort things out either (and sadly seem as baffled by the mass of cords as I do). I've never seen so many cords in one place!

Any London based techies out there who would like to try and help me sort this out? I will bake you cookies as a reward.  ;D

If I was going to be in west London anytime soon, so would I.  Just the picture of the cables makes me want to get on a train and fix that.  :)

Where about in London are you nowadays?  (feel free to PM me if you would like)

What exactly do you have that needs hooking up (a list with details would be great)?  And did you get them individually, or did they all come in a bundle or something?

DH may be able to help (he loves this kind of stuff); he said he has cable ties and everything.  :)

The cookies went home with Aquila and her DH. We did sample them when they were warm though and I thought they came out quite nice. :)
