Plans after arrival to the uk
« on: June 29, 2013, 05:48:30 AM »
I am currently applying for a fiancé visa and would like to know if it is worth mentioning on the application that I have been accepted to a postgraduate program? I do not want that to cause any issues. Should I just not state my plans?

Thank you!

Probably best to leave it out.  It's unnecessary information that is not used but could cause confusion / concern as you won't legally be able to start your course until you have been granted FLR(M).  If you do decide to include it, make sure you put a note in that you understand the rules and intend to start your program after receiving FLR(M).
