Lurker here: I just wanted to say I'm so glad it worked out for you. I must say how nice it is to see someone making efforts after an error to set things right. We see a lot of people complain here and try to get around their own mistakes, but I'm pleased that everything worked out for you very well when you did the right thing--although I'm sure it was a nightmare at the time.
