Cheapest way to ship
« on: October 23, 2004, 10:52:43 AM »
Hi,

I am going back to the USA in about a week.  Can any of you tell me the cheapest way to send my belongings to the UK?

Thanks,

Sheri

I think it depends on the volume you're sending to be honest. International removals etc will be cheapest if you're moving a huge amount of items or your entire houshold.

I didn't bring much so I shipped my boxes US Postal Service or else brought them over in suitcases. It may not have been the cheapest way to ship but I was happy with the results overall.

Good luck with your move.  :)

What about if you're moving back to the US from the UK? We're just going to have about 20 boxes or assorted sizes and weight to take with us. I tried looking companies up last night but got allll confused ???
