Another Brit on Board
« on: October 29, 2004, 12:25:49 PM »
I've actually been a member of the forum and have been lurking since last year sometime.  I am a Brit, married to an American, and we lived together in America for just over two years before I dragged him home with me. :)

There are a lot of things that I miss about America, and I read the forum to catch up, locate foody items and also to pass on any vital immigration information to my husband.

So, a belated hello. :)

Hiya Anig and I am glad you delurked!  It's great that you are trying to track down food and information as it all helps with the adjustment process.  Hope to read more from you!

The wiring in our brain is not static, not irrevocably fixed.  Our brains are adaptable. -Mattieu Ricard

Being ignorant is not so much a shame as being unwilling to learn. -Benjamin Franklin

I have long since come to believe that people never mean half of what they say, and that it is best to disregard their talk and judge only their actions. -D.Day
